After twenty years at prestigious law firms such as Reed Smith LLP and Anderson Kill P.C., I have opened my own practice with the aim of providing big firm quality at small firm prices. I am a seasoned litigator with extensive experience handling commercial actions in the state courts of New York and federal courts throughout the United States, both at the trial and appellate level. In New York, my practice has focused, in recent years, on representing lenders in commercial foreclosure actions resulting from distressed real estate developments. In addition to litigation, I assist clients in the negotiation and purchase of distressed loans and the documentation of such transactions. I also have legal experience in such diverse fields as antitrust, architecture, banking, bankruptcy, commercial contract, defamation, employment, insurance coverage, personal injury and white collar crime.
